Usage

HGY5250TFC synchronous chip sealer, a kind of small scale road maintenance machine, is applied in construction of road surface, bridge waterproofing and chip sealing in lower seal coat. It is not only used to make interlayer treatment and middle stage maintenance for high grade road, but also used to build road surface of country roads under light traffic and roads in yards. Because the traffic load increased continuously in the recently years in own country and vehicles are terribly overloaded, the road surface is likely to be destroyed ahead of its service life. One of the practical and economical means is maintaining the road surface with synchronous chip sealing technology to prolong the road service life. This equipment is suitable to construct in narrow room, such as urban roads, country roads, tunnels and culverts.

   Humanized design of control system could not only control remotely, but also operate on site, which makes the operation more convenient.

   Water nozzles above the tires could prevent asphalt stick to tires in the operation.

    With much engineering construction experience, we improve the equipment to make it more reliable in performance and more convenient in operation and maintenance.
